What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the project, your role may include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls, emails, or live chat
  • Supporting customers with inquiries, orders, and requests
  • Outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Accurate documentation and CRM updates
  • Working with structured scripts and quality guidelines

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience — we value attitude and willingness to learn.

We’re a good match if you:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are comfortable working with customers
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Are reliable, motivated, and open to feedback
  • Speak the required project language confidently
  • Have basic computer skills

Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not a requirement.
